Copper - Phosphorus Brazing AlloysBrazing Alloys

DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS :

Copper-Phosphorus Brazing Alloys are specially designed for joining copper and its alloys, offering excellent fluidity and strong, reliable joints without added flux. Silver-enhanced versions improve ductility and electrical conductivity, making them ideal for precision applications. These alloys are commonly used in refrigeration, air conditioning and plumbing, with continuous service temperatures up to 200 °C. They resist corrosion well, except in sulfur-rich environments and should be avoided on ferrous or high-nickel metals due to brittleness.
